Charge 3 vibrations and screen issues

For the last month or so, my charge 3 occasionally does some serious vibrating at random times during the day.  I find a very dark location and look at the screen.  The screen face is different from my usual screen face.  It shows only a minimized time and a minimized step icon.  Touching either one of those returns it to the my original clock face. No other message either on the device or on my phone. 

The device was charged at those times.  I have turned off all device notifications except for low battery.  Any idea what if happening?

Hi @SunsetRunner, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that about the vibration and screen issues that your Charge 3 has experienced. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issues get fixed.
