Charge 3 map function not working properly

My charge 3 has stopped recording the map after runs.

I log the exercise on my phone, check GPS is connected and go for my run. During the run I can check GPS and see the map growing as I run.

After my run it shows the stats, and when I try to see the map/ length of my run it just gives the stats as though GPS was not connected

Any ideas? I am on Google pixel 6
