I am on my 2nd charge 3. The 1st my screen completely died and now this one is missing lines on the screen. I even bought a more protective band for it. Just wondering what I can do about this and if there might be one that is more durable.
Fitbit won't contact you, so why don't you get with them? Reach out to customer support.
