My charge 3 is 6 months old and is not syncing properly. It won't record steps, sleep, heart rate even though it says the sync is complete. I have tried all the suggested steps I. E. Restarting the fitbit, restarting my phone, unpairing all other Bluetooth devices on my phone, let the battery die on my fitbit and recharged it again but nothing seems to work.

Hi @Sadie1234,
Contact Fitbit Support (link is at the bottom of the page) right away. It sounds like it could be an issue with the battery. Ask them for a Battery Test.
