Charge 3 no longer working

Last week I reported that my Charge 3 was not holding a charge for even 24 hours. Now it isn’t even working at all. This is my third device in 8 months! First worked for 3 months; replacement sent to me didn’t work at all; then second replacement worked from March to July. I’ve cleaned it regularly following the recommendations so this is very frustrating!

 Please respond and let me know what can be done.

How are you charging it?

See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery
