Hey everyone,
I have a new Charge 3 special edition. I’ve only had it since Jan 3 and it’s stopped charging. There’s a squiggly tiny battery icon overlaid on the home screen, but it won’t charge. I’ve tried different plugs and via laptop. Nothing. It won’t reset either. Can anyone advise, please? It’s hugely frustrating.

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this battery issue. If your Charge 3 isn't charging, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? and follow the instructions provided there.
