My Charge 3 suddenly changed the screen to: Screen Wake and Notifications. I don't see the time or any thing else. I tried putting it on the charger and rebooting, but it won't reboot. Anyone able to help?

Thanks for troubleshooting this flickering issue. I recommend taking a look at the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and make sure you followed the instructions provided there in order to restart your unit.

I am also experiencing the same issues along with the black lines down the middle of the screen. I've tried restarting and it did not work.

Amazingly, it has been working fine since Thursday morning, 16 Jan 2020.
