Charge 3 not charging

The last 3 days I've had multiple issues.

1) My screen went entirely black and when pressing buttons would vibrate continually. Tried a soft and hard reset, still no change. Could not sync or do anything. Then randomly started up again.

2) When connected to charger it will not hard reboot. It just gives me a black screen and thr continual vibration. I contacted customer support and this was the only advice they could give me.

3) Currently not charging at all. Will not vibeste to acknowledge proper connection, will not reboot, will not sync, won't even turn on.

Customer support offered me a 35% discount code but I'm debating if it's even worth it if their products break after a year.

I'd love to contact customer support but it does not work at all, it gives me an error message.

The warranty policies isn't the issue, my FitBit is only 2 months out of my 1 year warranty and is now completely unusable. Ive also been seeing dozens with the same issue making me much more leery about getting another FitBit product for it to break again very quickly.

Today it started registering activity without me even wearing it or moving around (claiming i had 48,000 steps). The heart rate sensor does not work either so it won't even register that portion of the app either.
