Charge 3 not charging

ive recently been having problems with the fitbit and dont know what to do, it has for some reson stopped charging when the charger is connected, i know its not the charger as ive tried mums fitbit with the charger. i dont know if its a faulty tracker or weather i need to be looking for a new watch. i can pair and unpair my tracker but not charge it or turn it off (holding the back button for 15 seconds) any help would be grately appreciate

Let me help you with your Charge 3 not charging and thank you for trying a different charging cable. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. You can follow these instructions to help your device charge.

@AlvaroFitbit   still not working. ive made sure its clean and is connected properley, ive tried all the ports and multiple USB plugs
