How do you know if your Charge 3 is actually not charging or if it’s the charger

Regarding your question, I'd like to let you know that if you know someone who has the same Fitbit model, you can borrow their charging cable to see if the issue is with your own charging cable.
You can also verify the connection between your Charge 3 and the charging cable; if it's loose, then the issue could be solved by getting a new charging cable, but if it's the tracker itself, you can find the factors that could impact the battery by clicking here.
