My charge 3 was working perfect until 2days ago. I walk the same road everyday so I know the distance & it has been counting it correctly for the last 2 months but over the past 2 days it only counts half the journey. Please help. Thanks.
I contacted Fitbit customer service & no luck. They said they'd try find a solution then cut me off.. 😂
