Charge 3 not displaying HR and constantly vibrating

I’ve had my charge 3 since June 2019 and have had no problems until recently. The last few days it’s started vibrating and screen keeps coming on showing the DND and sleep settings. I restarted it a couple times and now it is no longer tracking my hr. It’s syncing fine and for now the vibrations have stopped, but still not displaying or tracking heart rate anymore.  Please help. I love this Fitbit
