I have the same issue with the Huawei p20 pro. Doesn't connect for text/call notifications. My husband went through all options and basically told by Fitbit support 'tough!'
Gutted as I've wanted one for over a year!

I have had this issue several times. I just recently had to uninstall everything to get the latest firmware update and now my text/call notifications are once again gone. I have tried everything. This charge3 is the single glitchiest/unreliable piece of techonology I have owned in the past 20 years and 2nd place is not even close.

I have just recently gotten mine to work after a couple weeks. What is being left out of the info you are being given is:
Open the app on your phone
Tap the icon in the upper right hand corner
Tap where your Charge 3 is. (In devices)
Scroll down to "General"
Tap "notifications"
Tap where it ask for you to accept notifications
Then you can select each item you want turned on or off.
Good luck! Hope this helps!

Thanks for your reply but have been on with support 2x for an hour or more, did the current update and still no texts. Supposedly something the support team is aware of and "working on"...it's been months! Calls sometimes come through. Glad it worked for you though 🙂

I’m have the same problem not receiving text/call notifications on my iPhone 7 Plus. It worked for two weeks. No my charge three will not pair to phone or iPad. I have turned off removed app and nothing seems to work.

I had the same issue and the only thing that worked was to first forget your device on Bluetooth then forget it on the Fitbit app then add it back. Just make sure you sync prior or you’ll lose what’s in your device. Also, this fixed it for 2 days then I had to do it again. There is an obvious large scale problem that Fitbit won’t acknowledge since many are experiencing the same issue.

How long has yours been out? Mine is over a month. It seems that it doesn’t stay blue tooth connected. It worked forn1 day last week and then stopped. I don’t understand why some work and some don’t and they blame Apple update. If that was the case, everyone would experience the same problem. At some point they have to try to give me a new one don’t you think?
