Charge 3 not getting notifications from my iPhone

I recently got a new phone, and I have not been getting notifications to my charge 3 ever since. I removed the device from my blue tooth, re added it, have deleted the app and re added it, I have checked several times and all of my notification settings are correct. I am at a total loss of what I need to do...
