Charge 3 not receiving WhatsApp notifications

I haven't received WhatsApp notifications on my fitbit charge 3 for 5 days now I've chatted via twitter to fitbit support and gone through the usual gubbins force close app, restart app, uninstall app, fly a unicorn still nothing getting frustrated now don't know what else to do.

Additionally, I recommend checking if your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update the Fitbit app? You can confirm our complete troubleshooting tips in Why are notifications delayed or missing?
