Charge 3 not receiving notifications from iOS

My iPhone 8 & Charge 3 are not pairing for notifications - it just says "Bluetooth Pairing Failed" after 5 or so minutes of searching.  Randomly stopped working prior to the latest iOS update.  I took the following steps, just so y'all know I tried everything after researching the community posts:

1) iOS update

2) 'Forgot' tracker & re-installed

3) Turned off and on bluetooth

4) Restarted phone

Several posts about this stated apparently it's on the Apple side that this is an issue, which doesn't really help me.  So I guess my main question to the community/Fitbit is what trackers actually work with Apple products?  Main reason for purchasing this Charge 3 was for heart rate & the ability to receive notifications.

Welcome on board @a_hauschildt, it's nice to see you around here! Thanks for already troubleshooting this notification inconvenience on your own. Nice way to go!

Fitbit Charge 3, Fitbit Ionic, and Fitbit Versa receive notifications while your phone is in Do Not Disturb, Quiet hours, or Driving mode, but your device won’t vibrate or wake the screen. To view notifications, swipe down from the clock screen.

If the issue persists, I'd recommend setting up your notifications again:

    1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
    2. Open the Fitbit app
    3. Tap on Account > Charge 3 > Notifications
    4. When a pop-up with a "Bluetooth Pairing Required" message, tap on Set Up and continue.
    5. A new "Bluetooth Pairing Request" will appear, tap on Pair to continue
    6. Once in the Notifications menu, enable the ones you'd like to receive.
    7. Go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Fitbit and make sure the following is enabled:
      • Allow Notifications
      • Show on Lock Screen
      • Show in Notification Center
      • Show in Banners

Hope this helps, let me know the outcome!

UPDATE: I turned my phone on airplane mode for awhile then shut it down for about five minutes. Then rebooted my phone and it worked!!! I believe it has to do with the IP address being assigned to your phone. I'm on the TMobile network. I read that you get a temporary IP every 48 hours or so... Shutting down might have created a new IP for my phone... I have no clue but it works now!!!

I'm getting this error on my iPhone fitbit app:

oops, something went wrong. Please try again.

The operation couldn't be completed.

(Networkbit.HTTPError error 1.)

This is after I deleted the app and tried to reinstall. It won't let me log into the app.

I tried to log into fitbit on Safari on my iPhone and I get this error:

Error 1006

Access Denied

What happened?

The owner of this website (www.fitbit.com) has banned your IP address.

I am able to log into fitbit on the Chrome browser on a windows PC.

Help!!!!

I have an iPhone XR and a year old FitBit Charge 3.  They worked and sync'ed fine together until this week.  My Gmail no longer reaches my FitBit.  Text messages and calls still come through on the FitBit but emails do not.  I have re-started the FitBit in the charger; re-booted the phone; cancelled and reconnected the Bluetooth connection; and, checked every notification setting on the iPhone and FitBit app.  I am out of ideas.

I found my notifications. Thank you. My tracker does not vibrate when they arrive however and I find this inconvenient. I loved that feature on the charge 2.
