Charge 3 not receiving notifications

I just got a new phone and now am not receiving any alerts on my Fitbit.

If your Charge 3 isn't receiving notifications, I recommend taking a look at the help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.

I did everything to recieve notificatons and also restart boht devicies but non of them work.. Its always wants me to restart my phone.. there is no another devicies connected Via Bluetooth. I am very sory to leave my Xiaomi.. its never losts connection Any time and never stopped notification. i choose fitbit to answer calls, and sand quick message Via WhatsApp.. BUT NOT WORKING...

I took it to T-Mobile and they fixed it. Something about "enable" has to be
on which I thought it was. It works fine now.
