Charge 3 not receiving text notifications

I have a Charge 3 and it is paired with my Samsung Galaxy S10e. The text notification feature is not working, even though it has been working correctly until this past weekend. All other notifications (phone calls, calendar, etc. work correctly.) I have taken the following steps with no resolution:

  • Verified that the correct messaging system is selected in the Fitbit app...notification section.
  • Reset the Fitbit
  • Unpaired and paired the Fitbit with my phone.
  • Unpaired, deleted App, restarted phone, installed app, paired device.
  • Notifications are cut on.
  • Changed messaging apps (from Samsung Messages to Verizon Message+)

Any help/advice will be greatly appreciated!

Glad to hear this is a known issue as I have been ready to take a hammer to my charge 3 after doing all the trouble shooting tips multiple times!  I have an S10+.
