I am not receiving a text notification when i am receiving text.

If you are having with your notifications, I recommend making sure you updated your settings according to the Quick Tips section in the article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?. Also, it is important that you turn OFF and back ON the Share System Notifications setting if it is on.
