I’ve been reading all the ways to get texts to come on my fitbit. but they haven’t worked. the biggest reason is that there’s no “messages” option on my Notification settings. Snapchat is what notifies me on my fitbit. it says that the option will come available once a texts comes on my phone but it hasn’t happened. i’ve restarted my phone, my fitbit. everything. it used to work, but now it doesn’t. help!

Hi @ashleybobiles What phone are you using? Is it updated to the latest update available (latest updates have upset some models of phones recently)

I have ios 13.3 and there are no updates available at the moment. i’ll be on App Notifications and there’s a long list of things to select if i want to. i only have snapchat to send notifications to my fitbit. “messages” doesn’t come up. it says that apps will be added to the list after they send notifications to my phone, but i’ve received several texts and it’s still not an option to select.

Yes, it is the 13.3 update on iOS that has upset notifications. Have a read of THIS thread where it is discussed. Especially read the first post where Kate lists specific steps which should resolve the issue

Okay, thank you 🙂 i have tried those things. I must have to wait until my phone has another update again. Because none of those things makes my phone have the “messages” option to select in App Notifications.
