Hi - Hoping someone can help.
I have had my charge 3 for about 7 months and it always recorded my sleep properly until about a month ago. Since then it has become erratic sometime it says I have had no sleep sometime between 1 and 3 hours but never properly. I have tried suggestions that I have seen on the forums but so far no luck. I have tried resetting the charge 3, I have tried changing the option to sensitive and back to normal, I have tried tightening the strap and loosening the strap but so far nothing has helped. I am open to trying any suggestions.

Hello, It is the weekend and I was reading comments. I read one that was posted yesterday from Kazzsash, which is almost identical to the problem that I am experiencing with my Charge 3 fitbit, which l have had about 7 months as well. It used to record my sleep well, but now either does not record at all on some days or only records for a limited partial time of my sleep. Can I get some tech support like Kazzsash, for this similar problem? I too, have tried
many of the suggestions that Kazzsash posted, to no avail. Thank you.

Hi! I started having a similar problem after having my Fitbit charge 3 for months with no problem. It gives me simplified sleep data now, and I realized my average bpm started dropping around the same time. I used to average around 70 bpm, but since the sleep problem, it has been dropping my average around 2 bpm every couple of days. It now says my daily average is 45 bpm, which is way below what is normal and healthy.
I am assuming there is a problem with the heart rate monitor, which would be linked to both problems.
I contacted customer support a couple weeks ago about this and tried all their suggestions, plus ones found on forums, but the problem still persists.
Please advise me what I can do to fix this.
Thanks.

Hi, I have just tried a possible fix that I was sent which was was to go to settings on the Fitbit, not the app, and turn of the heart rate then go to the app and sync then restart the Fitbit and turn the heart rate back on and then sync with the app again. Obviously I won’t know if it has worked until I sleep again but if it has worked I will send you another response.

Tried the steps that I was sent and it is still not recording my sleep properly.
