Hey you guys! I was having some trouble with my Charge 3. It wasn’t tracking heart rate and one of the popular suggestions online was to factory reset it. Did that. But now it won’t start. I can feel it vibrate but the screen is blank and pressing the side button isn’t doing anything. Appreciate any help.

I waant aware that the Charge 3 has a factory reset option @SabaYJ

Yes I have! It doesn’t restart. Only vibrates. 😞
