Hi, I recently purchased a Charge 3 and received it on Monday. Monday and Tuesday I received a report on my sleep stages on a graph. However on Wednesday and Thursday night the graph changed and now it’s just lines telling a bunch of lines telling me when I was awake, asleep and restless. Honestly this is bothering me quite a bit because I haven’t even had it for a week and I’m already experiencing issues. Someone please help.

This has happened with my Charge 3, as well, since Nov. 6. I've reset it, synced, uninstalled and re-installed the app - all to no avail. No help from Fitbit.

I was just looking through the boards, and found someone who said that they'd lost their details, too. But looking through the settings, they found that the Heart Rate setting was off. Once they turned it back on, the details returned. Turns out my Heart Rate had somehow been set to Off. I've turned it back on - fingers crossed that it fixes the problem.

This is got to be a Fitbit problem and I think they need to fix it. My daughter's charge three, my Versa light, and at least one or two friends of mine have all lost heart rate tracking since November 6 2020
I keep looking on the forum for something from Fitbit to all of us but seems like they're just waiting for all of us to figure it out on our own. Highly irritating.

Yep. I've had a Fitbit for years but this is really annoying. Clearly they have created this problem because it's affecting multiple trackers and multiple users but why they are waiting for us to figure it out one by one I have no idea.

Bingo - I turned on the Heart Rate in Settings (no clue how it got turned off) and I have sleep details from last night. Check your setting.
