My Charge 3 loses time whenever I wear it. We have done all the resetting as mentioned in innumerable posts in here; it is paired fine to the phone. If I wear it, it loses time.
If I take it off and leave it for a period of time, the time goes back to the correct time. All of this is whilst it is within proximity of the phone. Please don't tell me how to reset it, tell my that there is a fix for it or send me a replacement?

Welcome to the Community, @KHannam.
Thanks for troubleshooting this timezone issue. If your Fitbit isn't showing the correct time, I recommend changing the timezone to a completely different one, sync the device, put the correct time and sync again.
To change the time, follow the steps in the article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?. Also, make sure that the device you are using for this has the correct time.
Let me know how it goes.
