Charge 3 not showing weights

I have several issues with the Charge 3, most I can live with and there are some functions I really love but the one thing I don't like is that my weight hasn't altered.

 

I got the Charge 3 on January 3 2020. I weighed myself on my Aria scales and this was synced to both my laptop and tablet. This updated my Charge 3. I have lost 2.5 kg since then but my original weight is showing up on the device (correct weight on both tablet & laptop).

 

I have been into settings on the Charge 3 and rebooted the device a couple of times but no change.
