Charge 3 not synching

Use my PC to download, sync and charge. All of a sudden tracker will not sync...will still charge. Have tried rebooting and changing dongle outlet. Also it will not download/accept new update. Any help?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community,  @KitK. I'm sorry to hear your Charge 3 is not syncing and thank you for sharing the steps you have tried.

 

Please follow advise that @Odyssey13 shared with you. Which operating system does your computer have? Have you tried syncing your tracker with a mobile device?

Thank you, Andrea and Odyssey for the suggestions. I never thought about that my computer had been re-formatted. Ended up uninstalling and starting over...working fine.
