Not synced for 10 days.
Test notification call works, no other calls or messages deliver to device.
Tried the tips suggested. Did not work

I too am having trouble with my notifications! After the latest update is when I started having issues and it's driving me nuts. Text and call notifications is one of the biggest reasons I purchased a fitbit watch and now it's not working. I've tried all of the steps in previous forums - restarted, re-synced, uninstalled the app and re-installed. It has been so frustrating! Hoping someone can shed some light on this.

I've been trying everything I've been able to find and I can't get my Charge 3 to sync. It started with no notifications. After I did the steps over and over on the different help posts, now my time is 5 hours ahead! Sooooo frustrating!!!

Since the last update my Fitbit3 is a piece of expensive junk! Took me 4 days to get it to pair and another day to sync. Did all the resets to no avail. Now its back to not sync! Don't know why I bothered buying it! Disgusted.

No response from Fitbit except a generic email telling me to vote for the most helpful reply(?)
This afternoon I've started receiving emails on my wrist dated from 2019.....

Don't seem to have had a response to this problem.
Currently it's 4th Dec and the last time it synced was 1 November.
No notifications, no data.
