Have had a Charge HR for a number of years; used to regulate my gym sessions; have had continuous problems syncing. Well my gym sessions have stopped because of Covid and just consigned my Fitbit to the bin. Will not sync; cannot reinstall. Shant be buying another one.

I had a similar problem. I didn't use it for a few years, previously it worked flawlessly and when I took it out recently to use I couldn't sync it, I tried everything they suggested on the forums without any luck. I managed to finally sync the tracker by turning off all the other Bluetooth devices in my room including my computer. Not sure if it was just a Bluetooth conflict, it now syncs with my Galaxy s9 every time. Hope this helps.
