Charge 3 not syncing my walks

It's not putting all my walks in. I  walked 30 + minutes Wed 21/10/2020, it didnt put it on, shows tue and today, it's not syncing properly always says no device found. I've done all the trouble shooting things it says. Ggrrr

Thank you for sharing that you've been having trouble with your Charge 3 that is not always syncing your steps or activities. 

Before considering other options, make sure to try performing a restart following these steps and check if you continue to experience the same problem with your activities not being registered.  

If the steps are not being transferred to your account due to a syncing problem, make sure to follow all the steps in this article as well. You can also find other important tips and requirements in this article about the use of the Fitbit app on your Android phone. 

In addition, please make sure to check if the phone you're using is listed here as a compatible device to sync with the Fitbit app.
