Not sure if it’s coincidence but after doing an update to the Fitbit App my Fitbit Charge 3 won’t pair with my iPhone. I have recently updated my iPhone to ISO 14.1. I have clicked forget this device in both my Bluetooth and the Fitbit app. I have tried to set up the charge 3 as if it’s a new device and sometimes it will set up, pair and sync and sometimes it constantly says looking. If by chance I can get it set up and paired with my iPhone it only lasts a few hours then it starts losing time. My device is currently an hour slower than my iPhone. I have tried all the trouble shooting articles with no joy. This is the third Charge 3 I have had in 18 months and I am getting very frustrated with them not working properly.
Please help?

Hi, I too am having the same issue. Since the last update my charge3 will not sync with my android phone. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled but I cannot pair my Fitbit. It's currently 20 minutes behind do can not be relied on as watch either.
Can you please help

Hi, I am having exactly the same issues, I haven’t been able to pair or sync with my iPhone for over a week now.
I have followed all the trouble shooting advice, still no joy, very disappointing, would appreciate some further help too please.

SAME HERE!!!
I must've tried for about 6 hours over the weekend to sync my Charge 3 up, have rebooted phone more times that I care to mention, rebooted the Fitbit umpteen times and the bluetooth has been turned on and off hundreds!!!!
The time is now and hour behind and I'm as frustrated as hell!!!
PLEEEESE HELP!!!

The same trouble and have tried all the tricks , haven’t been able to use my fitbit charge 3 since may 2020.
Loads of ppl have the same problem and it’s a shame that they’re not doing **ahem** all to fix it.

I have this issue with my Android, but my Charge 3 hasn't paired since Jan and it's crazy how many times I've rebooted, reset, deleted, and restarted the device, app, and phone. It sometimes finds it, but won't connect at all. Frustrated.

Hi, should I start a new topic?
Fitbit hasn't Sync'd for a week.
Android phone, have restarted bluetooth, have tried forgetting the Bluetooth connection, rebooted watch and phone.
Watch is fully charged.
No other bluetooth connections.
App is current
Nothing seems to work.

I just returned my fitbit charge 3 to the store where I bought it and getting a return ticket so i can exchange it in to a charge 4.
thanks to consumer laws in Norway :norway: Fitbit has to replace it with a product g to hat works or similar, they stopped selling the charge 3 at the shop I bought it because of all the returns of it so i get the charge 4 in a week 👍

Same here. Stopped syncing this week and the time is incorrect. I'm on Android with a Oneplus 6T and have tried the various procedures but no luck. The Charge 3 has become so buggy since the second half of this year
