Is this dashboard in the Fitbit all on some unknown device? Does the app show that your tracker is connected to your fitbit account?

If your Charge 3 is not syncing to your Fitbit app, please follow the troubleshooting steps provided in the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If your tiles are no longer in order, I'd recommend taking a look at the article: How do I remove or rearrange stats on the Today Tab in the Fitbit app?
