Hello there @Marlee5122, it's nice to see you here! Thanks for already troubleshooting this syncing difficulty with our Customer Support Team.

I've taken the time to review your support case and I saw that you were notified of the current issue.

However, I was also checking the steps you've performed so far, but I'd like to add one more. Smiley Very Happy

Please go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and remove the tracker. In the list of Bluetooth devices you'll see the Charge 3 and next to it, this symbol "!". Hit the symbol and it will take you to the next step, once you're there select the option that says "Forget this device".

Once you've made sure about that, go back to the Fitbit app, go to the "Account" option in the upper right corner and select "Set up a Device". This should start the setup process for your device.

Give this a shot and see if your tracker syncs with your iPhone 6S. You can also keep in mind what is provided at: Is the Fitbit app interfering with other Bluetooth devices?

If the issue persists, please wait until our Support Team gets back to you or you can definitely reply to the last email you received from them. They'll be more than glad to further assist.

Hope that helps!

I’ve tried everything, removed it from Bluetooth, tried reinstalling, will not sync with my iPhone 6s Plus. I also kept having issues of screen going blank, was able to fix every time until this last time. I feel I have wasted my money on getting the Charge 3. So I got my Charge 2 out and reinstalled it, it works fine, I really wanted the Charge 3 because it is waterproof. My husband even tried installing on his phone, didn’t work. 😡
