For almost a week my charge 3 won’t sync unless on charge at the same time as phone, then within mins it has lost its sync.
Have done all the troubleshooting, still having the same issues.
Phoned customer services twice and have been on the online chat with no luck at all.
Has put me off getting another fitbit

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your iOS mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
