My charge 3 won't switch off, not connecting to Bluetooth. Tried rebooting but doesn't help. Any advice please.....

Thanks for troubleshooting this syncing issue. If your Charge 3 isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.
