my charge 3 recently was unable to sync and I followed every step online to get it to work. Eventually I had to forget the Bluetooth connection and set my tracker up as a new device again, which worked for a day. Then it happened again, and i followed the online steps again including closing and opening the app, turning off Bluetooth and reseting my phone etc, still nothing. I forgot the device again and set it up as a new tracker, but this time it only lasted 5 minutes before it was unable to sync. I've now reset the tracker 4 times with it being unable to sync straight away after the process, and I've left it an hour now, followed the online steps again and still no luck.
What are my options now?

My fitbit will not pair with my windows 10 laptop or my phone even though they were previously paired until just over one week ago. It did pair briefly last week but un-paired againI have followed all the instructions for re-pairing (soft boot hard boot turning bluetooth on and off re-downloading the app etc. but to no avail. My fitbit is currently running 4 hours late and the time lapse is increasing all the time (yesterday it was only one and a half hours behind). This is my second charge 3 the previous one lasted from Christmas to the beginniong of March before developing a fault. This one has lasted four months which is not good enough both my phone and my laptop are completely up to date. What do I do now?

My Fitbit Charge 3 arrived today. While it was charging it was syncing fine. However as soon as it hit 95% it stopped syncing. I've tried everything that has been listed in this thread and it still isn't working.
What other suggestions are there:

Check your Fitbit hasn’t Bluetooth connected to another phone or device.
Its taken me 3 weeks to realise my Fitbit is connected to my daughters iPhone Bluetooth.
It appears it will only connect with one phone at a time.

I am having the same issue my charge 3 won't synch . I tried to remove and add it again but after adding it doesnt work again. Is there some new release or is it the Fitbit study that started this week which is causing this ??

I am having the same difficulties. My charge 3 will now only sync when connected to the charge cord. It previously would concollect all the time to my Samsung S20+. I've tried everything to fix this from restarting to unpairing and repairing to having my device completely forget it and starting all over. It still does not work.
