Try restarting your Fitbit Charge three. Here’s how: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Bigsallyw and thank you for your assistance @SunsetRunner. I'm sorry to hear  you haven't been able to sync your Charge 3.
