Have been trying to get to work for 2 weeks.  Bluetooth on and syncs with steps, but no heart rate or sleep tracking.  FRUSTRATED.

Many Many threads on this. Mine has tracked sleep once in 3 weeks. Seems to be a Charge 3 complaint for a while. All solutions that have been posted seem to work for some, none worked for me.
