For about a month now I never get the tracking that shows the REM, deep sleep, etc. Only gives me the old screen. Nothing has changed with my FITBIT. I have reset both ways available.

Hi there @Libbytaloca, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided about how your Charge 3 is tracking your sleep and for troubleshooting this inconvenience prior to contacting us.
If you are not receiving sleep stages, I recommend considering the following:
Keep in mind that you must see sleep stages in order to see your sleep score information. Please swipe left on the Sleep Score graph, here you can see information about your weekly sleep average and sleep duration. To get more detailed information, see: What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?
Note that we are aware of Sleep Score may take longer than usual to appear in the app. We’re currently working to resolve it and hope to have a fix soon. Be sure to keep your Fitbit device and app up-to-date to ensure you receive the quickest resolution.
I hope this helps, give this a go and let me know if next time your Charge 3 provides you with your sleep data.

The notifications for text and phones calls are not working.
Not reading heart rate.
All stopped working on December 1st.

Hello @Libbytaloca, thanks for getting back.
As a first approach, I'd like you to perform the following steps below for this situation:
In regards to the notifications not coming through, please make sure that your Fitbit app is updated to latest version. If you recently updated to iOS 13, you may have to adjust some settings on your iPhone or iPad. For more information, see: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome.
