Charge 3 not tracking walks

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My charge 3 won't track my walks as exercise. I go for a 30 minute each day and my fitbit says I've been active for 30 minutes but it doesn't specify the activity or include it as part of my exercise goal.

At first it was tracking my walks as elliptical workouts so I turned off the auto recognition for elliptical, reset my walking stride and reset my fitbit by plugging it in and holding the button for 12 seconds but none of this helped.

Can you please sort this as it's very frustrating, especially since my main form of exercise is walking and my fitbit won't even pick this up!

Welcome to the forums!

Smart track can be iffy sometimes. So I always use the exercise feature to make sure I capture my walk.

You can have up to 7 shortcuts on your device. You can find this under settings.

Once it syncs they will show on your device. Then you can scroll to the exercise screen select walk push the button in to start and when push the button in again to stop

The manual is here and can help a lot

I’m having the same problem Charge 3 not tracking my full walk. I go in through exercise then walk and start. When finished it has only tracked part of the walk. Not satisfactory at all.
