I tried to reset my charge3 now I can’t get the screen to come on. How do I adjust brightness also

May I confirm if you restarted your Charge 3 by following these instructions? How do I restart my Fitbit device? If in case your Charge 3 isn't charging, I suggest visiting this link for troubleshooting steps: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
