Charge 3 not vibrating for notifications

My charge 3 has stopped vibrating for  notifications like whatsapp, texts, calls or hitting daily step total. The silent alarm function still works but that's it. Less than 1 year old.

Thanks for your response @Mark.O.Connor.

In this case I would recommend setting up your Tracker as a replacement device:

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Whether this doesn't help, please provide me with the following information:

- What is the model of your cellphone?

- Where you syncing your Charge 3 on a different device?

- Do you see the notifications on your Fitbit Tracker's screen?

Please let us know if you have any question.
