Charge 3 not vibrating

My charge 3 is not vibrating and I have tried everything I've seen in other posts for this problem but does not seem to work. It is not vibrating whatsoever (including things like notifications and 10,000 step notifications and the button pressing)

Check you don't have Notifications turned off.  Hold in left button a few seconds;  look for 'Notifications'; check there's not a line drawn through it.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
