Charge 3 not vibrating

I’m no longer receiving vibration reminders to walk on the hour. I have then turned on in my settings and have set the vibrations to both normal and strong with no change. I took the band off and cleaned the connectors underneath, no change. My Charge 3 is less than a year old. Are there any other solutions I could try? I really rely on those reminders so I’m not scrunched at my desk all day.

Thanks for the details provided and troubleshooting performed before posting here. I recommend you to check that the Do Not Disturb dnd(DND) and Sleep sleep%20mode features are disabled by pushing the left side button on your Charge 3 for 2 seconds. If these features are enabled, your device won't vibrate and you won't receive notifications.
