My Charge 3 is 2 years old and when I tap on wake screen it won't wake, I had this problem a week ago but it fixed with synching the app, but not this time. Help.

- Does your Tracker vibrate when it is plugged into the charging cable?
- Do you see any information on the screen while charging?

I have the same problem.
Tried restart. Didn’t work but Fitbit got Very very hot.
Nothing on screen and no flashing lights on the back.
Did this about 10 times. Nothing
This replacement unit isn’t even a year old yet!
