Charge 3 not working

I love my Charge 3, but suddenly today it is not working!? It is glitching, vibrating, flashing, lines in screen or just black. I have been scrolling through and reading other people’s problems & trying what they’ve been advised, but it’s not fixing my issues. Please let me know if there’s something more I can do. I’m so bummed.

Thanks for the details shared, I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts. I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide a solution. I recommend to continue working with them since they have already all the details and special tools to continue assisting you.
