Charge 3 not working

A few days ago my fitbit stopped working and the screen went completely black so i charged it. When i took it off the charger, it said it was at 100% but as soon as i wore it, it died again. I then reset it and tried again. It charged to 100% and died once again. I’m not sure what is wrong with it, it has never had any problems until now.

Let me help you with this and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. It could be an issue with the battery. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.
