... I have had the same problem as many Fitbit Charge 3 users have had, started weeks ago, with mine - started with lines across the screen and the screen is now largely blank. Tried the recharging etc without any improvement. I had asked Fitbit support at the time whether it could be expected to get worse - no response (and it did get worse) and also whether if Fitbit data could be exported to other devices' apps/software/platforms (it can and that functionality is on the Fitbit web site) but no response from Fitbit support on that either.
Given Fitbit is now owned by Google and the amount a Charge 3 costs, disappointing that replacements aren't apparently being considered.when there is a clear problem with the display.

Sorry to hear about this and thank you for contacting our Support team. Support does follow the guidelines described in the warranty so if your device is outside the warranty period they won't be able to replace it. Still thank you for sharing your feedback.
