Fitbit Charge 3 keeps turning off

My Charge 3 has started to turn on and become unresponsive soon after putting it on. I put it in the charger again and the battery has drained a lot. After a restart I try and put it on again but it becomes unresponsive again.

 

I have tried the restarting numerous times as per this link How do I restart my Fitbit device? but it has not helped.

 

Is there anything else I can do?
