Hi, suddenly my fit bit keeps buzzing and changing into notifications. Also there are lines across the time and in the middle of the screen. Slightly disappointed as my first fit bit had the same problem and slowly died. I tried to hold the button down for 15 sec but nothing happened. Also noticed my battery is rapidly going down . Could you please help. Thank you Paola

My problems with the Fitbit Charge 3 got progressively worse and today it stopped syncing and the screen is totally dark - does vibrate a bit when you press the side button but that's of no practical help. Tried all the measures like rebooting without success. Fitbit Support made clear they can't help because it isn't under warranty anymore and this isn't a manufacturing defect! I guess it's a supplier(s) defect which we have to pay for!!
I've given up and today removed the Charge 3 from my Fitbit account.
This whole thing is so unfortunate when I remember Fitbit replaced a Charge HR - outside of the warranty - as a goodwill gesture without my even asking. Led me to buy the Charge 2 and the Charge 3 (basically for swimming). Ah well - to alternatives I will look ...

Same problem here. Was making weird noises, then I couldn’t get to charge at all. The smiling face showed up once but then nothing. Just won’t take a charge. I could actually hear it clicking on my wrist at night before this happened. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
