Watch only displays one screen - showing time, date and steps.  Can't get beyong this screen to reach other screens re state of battery power.  How do I correct this?

I am sorry to hear your Charge 3 only displays one screen and you can't get to other screens. I am glad to assist you with that. I recommend restarting the tracker by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

 

You may also try changing a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

 

Additionally, I recommend checking if your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update the Fitbit app?
